Cancellation Policy

Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time if need be, this gives me ample time to fill your spot. After 2 No-Shows or Last minute cancellations I will no longer book you and you will be put on my Booking Ban List. Complimentary text are sent out at time of scheduling, 72hrs, & 24hrs in advance for ample time to accommodate this policy. New clients will be made to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit amounting $30 on any service over $100 which is required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill on the day of your appointment. Reschedule of appointment before 24 hours is allowed without any penalty. Just contact me to reschedule. This is to reduce last minute cancellations and no shows of new clients which can drastically affect my time and income. I understand there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
